Now this is just crap. 120 minutes between services. The depot is ~20 minutes away, why couldn't a new bus have been sent out? Ok, it would be 30 minutes late, still better than a whole hour.

Our bus network out west is a bit haphazard at times ..

One of the reasons I am trying to capture the service disruptions in this thread is to build up a picture to present to the authorities.

I plan to catch the 503 from Booval rail on Tuesday.  It will hopefully be on time, as for the train. The connection is timed for 8 minutes.

Now this is just crap. 120 minutes between services. The depot is ~20 minutes away, why couldn't a new bus have been sent out? Ok, it would be 30 minutes late, still better than a whole hour.

The issue is due to a crap timetable and it being Sunday was a bus operator there to get it out of the depot a fitter is able to drive a bus out but what about the tools they need to get the bus going to get back to the depot for proper repaires to happen it's a big catch 22 you can't really have a heap of staff sitting around waiting for a bus to break down

Those who can, often report buses just simply disappear from tracking  ... no explanation ...

A few of our members have been monitoring the service using real time and we note that is invariably late or cancelled and often not reported via TransLink as a service disruption.  We have noted other passengers complaining that buses have just ' disappeared '.

The western region is crying out for reform, but particularly the arrangements to feed Springfield Central.  More direct feeders are needed.
