Let it slide the last 2 times i used it (with the bus leaving buranda 5 minutes early( but since it was 6 minutes today ,thought it was time to put in an official recorded complaint.

Heres the pic i took a few weeks ago (5 minutes early): timetable says departure @ 10.49am
Took same bus today and left @ 10.43am - says 10.49 on timetable.
Direction is 8mp-chermside

delved a bit further into it heading towards chermside and it turns out that there is a 7 minute gap on the timetable between greenslopes and buranda :o

Eagerly awaiting the T/L response on this one.

Early running buses (>3 mins early) is a chronic problem late at night and when traffic is light on school holidays.

Mr X

Online timetable says it is due to leave at 10:44?

Online timetable says 10:49 (7mins from Greenslopes), printed timetable, which IMO is really the one you should refer  to (as it comes straight from the BT/TL planners unmodified) is 10:44am (2mins from Greenslopes).

Might just have been an input error on the call centre's contractors side of things, well, it used to be that when I was there ie: the data went straight from TL to the call centre contractor (at the time Serco) to be inputted into the online timetables - yes, TL didn't actually do that, they only did the printed timetables which is why I rely on the printed timetables as I know it's from straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak!

Should be an easy fix though I suspect, probably just a reload of the data into whatever table/program they are using.  And chill, it's not the end of the world if it arrives a bit early to what you are reading on an online timetable!  ;)

guess its not all bad news with the printed timetable correct :-
still the large printed timetable displayed @ the station says :49 :19 departure
A simple & honest mistake yes, but it still needs to be fixed hence why i cant wait to enquire with the reference number to see if they plan to fix it 8)

No system can have 100% correct data.  Even systems which handle people's retirement money.  Or fly planes.

Just report the error, and if they fix it, it's done.
