Failed Go Card equipment

Perhaps if all users of this inadequate hardware were to post the failed equipment and its locations Translink might become convinced as to the inadequacies of this second rate unreliable equipment.
Please post if the equipment is failed giving location date and the percieved failure, such as not working at all, indicator lights not functioning, no audible signal, screen illegible, then post again when it is observed that the equipment is again fully functional.
With a posted record Translink will have to rectify the faults and denying that there is anything wrong with substandard equipment which continues to malfunction will no longer be an option and they will then have no choice but to effect repairs.
