What do Ozbob/other members think of a National Rail Infrastructure Congress (whatever you want to call it), held in Canberra, over a couple of days, in first quarter or so of 2013, to help put RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE seriously on the national agenda, ahead of the next Federal Election? - [assuming of course the current govt runs its term].
