This is another successful milestone, the migration of the active down and up lines to platforms 3 and 2.  It will allow rapid progress for the 4th line, independent of operations on the active lines.

Well done all!

Just had a look around Oxley.  Overhead wiring being completed.  The heat today has made working conditions very difficult but still much accomplished.  The foot bridge has hand rails fitted and it might well be open between platform 1/2 and platform 3 very soon by the looks of things.

Access to the subway from Ardoyne Road is only via the ramp for the time being.  Work to be done immediately above the stairs and is fenced off.

The barriers along the the wall have now been permanently removed.

Hopefully it won't be too long now for the completion of the foot bridge. Oxley patrons and residents have been very very patient.

Hmm what a pity people will get drowned when the rain hits the back of the platform

O_128

new signage looks great but at the rate translink is going it will be about 2050 by the time the entire network has this signage. At least do the city stations!
Platform 3 looks really good as well great effort from QR and translink but i cant help to think that in 5 years tme a 4th platform will be needed

those PIDs are everywhere though have not been activated. Why when they had the chance did they not install PIDs like at central or the valley. Also is platform 3 at the same level as the train?

Work has started on the move of the CWA Hall.

The building was moved to its location beside the railway line in 1954 or thereabouts.  Was a building from the Wacol Army camp.
