Are you sick of Traffic Congestion? and Do you want to Reduce Road Deaths?

If the answer to either of these questions is YES, then DO NOT vote for a candidate or party that has polices which:

1. claim major roads projects will reduce congestion, improve freight transport or make driving safer;
2. support public transport infrastructure because it frees up road space;
3. plan to remove priority lanes for buses to improve traffic flow; or
4. have never or rarely mentioned active transport such as cycling and walking.

Policies that support more road construction and more road capacity are guaranteed to NEVER reduce congestion but WILL guarantee more people drive more often and furrther.

The cost of trying to out build traffic congestion, road deaths and road trauma is sending Queensland and the Nation broke.

Rail is 40 times safer than driving and taking the bus 10 times safer.

As you vote this weekend just ask yourself two simple questions - Are you sick of Traffic Congestion? and Do you want to Reduce Road Deaths
