The Queensland Rail Roadshow is being held today in Brisbane from 8:00am to 3:30pm at the Novotel Hotel Brisbane, in the Lawson Room, Level 1.
Obviously a closed event, this is not an invitation to attend.

I do not know, perhaps a QR person here could elaborate further.
Our company has an annual roadshow where the CEO goes around the globe to visit all the offices in every country to explain the company's plans for the future, discuss its economic performance to date and any other major issues of relevance to the many workers. A time to get feedback from the general working populace.

It may also entail information on their recently negotiated enterprise bargaining agreement, which I understand is awaiting acceptance from the workforce.
Purely speculation on my part.
