With reference to a Courier Mail article on 24 November titled Report reveals crime across rail network which refers to a 2009-10 report on a range of offences—
Will the Minister provide the 2010-11 statistics on the following: total offences such as indecent and disorderly behaviour (1379 in 2009-10), the number of assaults and sexual offences for both 2009-10 and 2010-11, and the number of property damage incidents (974 in 2009-10)?

With reference to the reconstruction of the January rain event damage on the Blackbutt Range and as, since then, many tonnes of rubble has been ferried from the work site—
Has any consideration been given to constructing a safety ramp for runaway trucks and other vehicles, and could the material being ferried from the worksite be utilised for a safety ramp?
