Route 88 proposal

Here's my radical suggestion.  Keep it, but chop off the Milton-Indro bit and send it to QUT KG instead.  Also, serve Parliament in both directions, which means you cannot enter the QSBS tunnel heading north, but instead must run up George St.  Serve stop 116 (casino) and 130 (Magistrates Lane aka Turbot St), then Roma St, Normanby and QUT KG.  So you only serve KGSBS southbound.

Chance of it happening?  0.001%

I've always understood the 88 was really just a way of trialling pre-paid boarding on different types of corridors, but has become cemented in due to demand.  I have seen well-loaded services west of Roma Street.

Even if that is so, if the 88 is the answer, it must be a pretty stupid question.  The O/B 4xx express routes still under achieve on this corridor.  Adding extra rail services on the Ipswich line is a better way to connect Holland Park West with Milton+Toowong.
