City Glider Route Change Suggestion following shocking crime!

Rather than waste one second of our time on the gutless evil b_stards who committed the crime, I'd like to pick up on peoples thoughts regards changing the route - or more, looking beyond the current bus based (cheap) "glider" service - to a longer-term real inner city corridor solution.

Perhaps someone, maybe with the name "Newman" will bite the bullet and actually build a purpose built, high density 24/7 light rail system or incorporate a corridor into his broader subway plan.  Again, it's been talked about for long enough!
