Ok, but we always knew they would.  It was an election promise.

Still, the Libs have been getting on with the job on PT, or at least so it seems.  Which is good.  But David Campbell was also getting on with it, just with more of a bus focus.  The bus focus probably didn't help them enormously.  They needed to do more to fix CityRail.

and one of the first tasks is to appoint six new executives!

of course that is a bit misleading as the government generally keeps a pool of executives and just moves them around from time to time and also has some spares in case so realistically they are already being paid probably just now will have something to do!
