QuotePeak On-Time Results

The on-time running of city services is very important to Queensland Rail. We make every endeavour to ensure that our services strictly adhere to the published timetable and that our focus continues to be the provision of a convenient, safe and reliable service for our customers.

Of course safety comes first at Queensland Rail. There will be instances where we choose to put our customer and employee safety before on time performance.

A train is classified as 'not on time' if it arrives more than three minutes and 59 seconds after its scheduled arrival time.

These results may change pending audit by the Operational Performance Office and do not include deductions that may be made for force majeure events and therefore would not be valid for statistical analysis
