This is just another way to build more  roads which will fail financially and be bailed out by Government.  A true congestion plan would toll existing roads wherever there is congestion today.

Exactly my thoughts Jonno. Its the right idea, but to actually do anything it needs to be across the board, not just the current and proposed future tollways.

As for effect on PT. I expect little other than once again putting it at the back of the crowd and hoping it isn't noticed.
