I meant Go Between has been a major failure for its public and active transport components.  Why's it so difficult to walk towards Roma St, and no bus stop on the slip lane, closing the Hale St & Boomerang St stops are the problems.

A pity the mayor is a petrol head. BCC is a muddle on PT, wedded to gimmicks (free bikes) instead of real solutions, but overall, we are blessed with having a single council covering all Brisbane, so there's at least the prospect of some coherence in transport policies.

CityGlider is good but not as good as LRT. Huge development potential of West End industrial land therefore passed up.

$770 Million of ratepayer money sunk into Clem7 "critical project", now shown to be not so critial after all due to low usage.
Light rail "too expensive" yet multi-billions of money left right and centre for road and tunnel construction which cost far in excess of LRT.
