- I think they were last year, but the upgrades to the Beenleigh line train stations continue to be very welcome.
- Generally, the bus fleet in this area is fairly new and in good condition and the ride is comfortable.
- Some route consolidation is needed. There's too many routes serving the same areas at the moment, it's a bit of a mess.
- There are still quite a few issues with late running, and perhaps more alarmingly, buses not showing up at all when there's no legitimate explanation as to why (e.g. 111s in the evening).
