It will only encourage more traffic, pollute local area and expose the BCC to unacceptable financial risk. Easy choice!!!

No, because if Clem 7 is anything to go by, this thing will be an incredibly enormous waste of public money. Not to mention increased pollution and congestion on surrounding roads.

If this goes ahead, I would like to see provision for buses, possibly ramps from the INB?

This would improve some access for buses to the west.
Half baked projects, have long term consequences ...
