QuoteMotoring taxes 'must be used or slashed'
Motoring taxes should be slashed or pumped back into building safer roads to cut the number of road fatalities, Australia's peak motoring organisation says.

The Australian Automobile Association has urged political parties to devise a strategy to reduce road crash fatalities and injuries.

Its policy includes a plea to parties to build safer roads, improve training and young driver education and put more sustainable cars on the road.
