7.39am UQ-Riverside ferry cancelled

The 7.39am CityCat downstream from University of Queensland to Northshore Hamilton has been cancelled from the University of Queensland to Riverside due to a mechanical issue. This service will now commence from Riverside ferry terminal at 8.19am.

The next downstream service departs the University of Queensland ferry terminal at 7.54am.

Guyatt Park ferry terminal, Closed

Due to Thursday's severe weather in South East Queensland, Guyatt Park ferry terminal has been temporarily closed for urgent repairs.

Passengers wishing to travel from Guyatt Park to UQ ferry terminal can catch a maxi taxi shuttle service operating as per the normal ferry timetable schedule.

Passengers can continue their journeys on a CityCat service from UQ ferry terminal.

Alternatively, customers may wish to catch a 412 bus from Sir Fred Schonell Dr at St Lucia Ferry, stop 21, St Lucia through to the city.

    Customers travelling from Hamilton area are advised to catch the 300 that departs Racecourse Rd at Hamilton Central, stop 20 at 5.57am.
    Customers travelling from Apollo Rd Ferry terminal are advised to catch the 230 that departs Apollo Rd near Byron St, stop 41 at 5.40am.
    Customers travelling from Bulimba Ferry Ferry Terminal are advised to catch the 230 that departs Oxford St at Bulimba Ferry, stop 33 at 5.44am.
    Customers can also catch the Bulimba to Teneriffe Cross River Ferry
    Customers travelling from Teneriffe Terminal are advised to catch the 60 that departs Commercial Rd at Teneriffe Ferry, stop 16 at 5.45am.

Intermittent closures of Thornton Street ferry terminal

Brisbane City Council wishes to advise of intermittent closures at Thornton Street ferry terminal from tomorrow, Tuesday 15 September for approximately one week.

Closures will occur during off-peak times for less than two hour periods, subject to tidal, weather and site conditions.

During these times alternative transport from Thornton Street to Holman Street ferry terminal will be provided for passengers.

Signage will be in place to notify passengers.
