Seeing as there has been discussion about CityGlider:

Tram of Rubber tyres: Caen, France

Better described as trolleybus on track, it looks like a tram, makes all the tram noises, has a (single) tram track but can run in dual mode on and off wire and on/off track.

Comparing CityGlider to a Strasbourg tram is like comparing apples and oranges...
