I have the following suggestions that would make a lot better for using Corinda railway station, based on my experiences. The real issue is parking and lack there of.

1. Street Parking - A simple solution that would yield small increases cheaply would be for parking spaces to be drawn and marked out, much like what has been done at Oxley. Part of the reason for this is because there is a large amount of sloppy parking going on, where in some cases two cars are taking up three spaces. The situation is made even worse during school terms because of the traffic to and from the nearby girls school (as well as people parking in the area for school purposes), which reduces the availability for commuters.

2. Park 'n Ride - Have a decent park and ride facility. A decent sized dedicated car park is needed in the long term for the station and connecting bus services. The existing commuter car parks are very small and fill up rapidly (which leads to chaotic street parking). Whether they are open or gated or pay/free should be considered.

Just a few thoughts on the matter.

Richlands is to have a 600 space car park.

Are park and rides the solution?
Is interchange the solution?

I would say that would probably mean less people getting on/off/changing around Darra.  It would be an interesting study to see where the actual commuters are from, that park in the various areas (for example do people drive further than their closest station for certain reasons? IE to get express services, more convenient parking, security, habit etc)

Richlands car park is going to be 650.  Local MPs and others are convinced that problems at Oxley, Darra, Corinda will be mitigated by Richlands.  Me?  I am not so confident, as the space now taken up by vehicles from suburbs that will access Richlands will be filled by vehicles from other areas quickly such as Windermere/Jindalee and so forth.

Bit of a drive backwards from Jindalee to Richlands.  Using a 453/456 would be more attractive.  Goodna maybe.

Not Richlands, Jindalee etc. will continue to drive to Oxley Darra even Corinda, a lot do now.  Richlands will drain Springfield, Forest Lake and Inala particularly.

And unfortunately, if it turns out as you expect, it will be too late to extend to Ellen Grove as a single project by then.
