Bus, train pain



In terms of the passenger trips these are very small numbers.  Contrast to road and footpath trauma ...

Half baked projects, have long term consequences ...

A lot of people fall down stairs because they run, others get wedged in the doors. Can't really help it.
A few people run after buses and bang on the door...

the usual.

1.2 miilion people die in car accidents globally each year.  As bad as a world war or 2 and we do nothing but encourage more people onto our roads.  Yet a person sprains their ankle on PT and there is a public out cry.

Indeed, just what I was thinking.

More people are killed on QLD roads than require a band aid on PT.
