Howdy,

Anyone received an erail alert the last couple of days?  I received an email advising reset if wish to continue, which I responded to and seem to have worked.  I know there was a delay on the GC line, and Ipswich line today but no erail alerts?

Just interested.

Thanks.

Bob

I have sent an email to QR:

Greetings,

We have noted the past few days/week or so there has been no erail alerts received by a number of our members.
I received an email advising  me to reactivate my present notifications which I have done, and others as well.

Just a heads up that there might be some issues.  I know there was a problem between Darra and Wacol yesterday morning but no erail alert received.

Regards
Robert

I received the renewal message.  It indicated it was sent because I'd been registered for 12 months.  I think a lot of us signed up as soon as it became available, which is why a lot of us got the email around the same time.

No erail updates, but that's not unusual for the Shorncliffe line.

Edit:  (I mean - the Shorncliffe line doesn't have many disruptions that require an erail alert.)

That must be why I have not received one. I joined erail updates about a month or 2 after others here did. I also subscribed to multiple lines so I am kept up to date system wide.
