Server issues

there are some server issues that are affecting the speed of this forum.

The web host is aware of the issues and working on them.

Reinstall windows 98 - works a treat

HAHAHA    ...  looks like it is limping back.  I tried moving to a new mysql server but seems the routers are r%oted somewhere ...
