QR Citytrain 3, 6 and 12 month passes deadline for renewal was yesterday 11th December 2009.

Three, six and 12 month tickets for travel on train services will be withdrawn from sale on 31 December 2009.

Customers must submit applications for three, six and 12 month tickets to QR by Friday 11 December 2009. Due to processing times, QR advises tickets will not be available for use from 1 January 2010 if applications are received after this date.

Three, six and 12 month tickets for travel on train services will be withdrawn from sale on 31 December 2009. As applications take 10 days to process, customers who submit forms after Friday 11 December may not have their tickets available for use from 1 January 2010.

Application forms will be accepted up until 31 December 2009 however a 12 month season ticket will be dated for use from 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2010 regardless of when the form is submitted and received. Refunds will not be provided to customers who receive their QR commuter season ticket after the commencement date.
