It flashed up on my phone that a bunch of 111s were cancelled this morning too.

Yes, more cancellations than I grabbed above.  Not a good morning, a lot of late running leading to follow on cancellations too by the looks of things.

issues with the 5.25pm ex Goodna 524..

Since you won't take any accountability for your buses every time I call, here's some screen shots of the past EIGHT days in a row of my travels, with every single one of my 524 services being cancelled. It's 5:53pm now, and there are close to 30 people sitting at this bus stop, which isn't in a particularly safe area.

I have checked our real-time reports, I can see that on Monday it was 18 minutes late, Tuesday it was 21 minutes late, Wednesday there is no information available, and today it was 30 minutes late. I can understand this must be very frustrating and I will send an investigation though as to why this is happening daily. There is a similar issue with the 545 in Logan City, especially around school finish times (3-4pm). Numerous people have complained to TransLink about it but nothing is ever done. TransLink seems to be just a big vacuum where complaints go in and no results ever come out.

I checked the 727 timetable, the southbound 11.12am is due at Helensvale at 11.45am, so if 15 minutes late then arrives Helensvale at 12noon.

Surely there would be a driver available in that time period at either Virginia or Eagle Farm Depots that would be willing to fill in that service. A bit disappointing that they can't organise a replacement service.

^ the 353 bus has a 2 hour frequency on Sundays.  So with the 1.29pm not running, then a 4 hour gap between services.

I reckon that when bad traffic occurs along Corro Dr, all inbound buses should stop at Toowong then customers can either transfer onto the train or stay on the bus which will then run express to the City. Buses then turn left Sherwood Rd, Right Jephson St, Croydon Rd, Right Milton Rd, Right Upper Roma St, then continue onto their destinations. Outbound will be the same but reversed. Lucky Route 412 drew the short straw and has to face the traffic.

This will help buses avoid the traffic to continue the reliability for the following routes so knock on effects don't occur.

you know PT in seq is screwed when your bus does a no show(745) and then due to having to catch next scheduled train you unwittingly arrive into Beenleigh on a ridiculous 1 hour frequency gap due to differential friday timetables

Utterly disgraceful, the first two inbound and outbound Route 547s cancelled due to Operational Issues. The next inbound bus is at 8:38am (rather than 6:38 and 7:38) and the next outbound is at 9:02 (rather than 7:02 and 8:02).

Why is there no replacement bus available?

that route serves an industrial area so there would be workers heavily inconvenienced with that...
The 547 is pretty much a fulltime 'return runs' route...
So that many cancellations back to back would be a clear sign that the staff member tasked has called in sick/cancelled and they cant find a replacement driver.....this is where borrowing staff from other depots,companies needs to be looked at if not already......problem with the peaks is there is a limited amount of drivers available......lets hope this is just a one off rare incident and not an upcoming consistent issue.....
