Queensland:  Diesel Tilt Train service to resume

RAIL Back On Track (http://backontrack.org) a web based community support group for rail and public transport and an advocate for public transport commuters has welcomed resumption of the Cairns Diesel Tilt Train services.

Robert Dow, spokesman for RAIL Back On Track said:

"It is welcome news for passengers that the Cairns Diesel Tilt Train is back on the tracks.

?RAIL Back On Track would like to acknowledge the outstanding efforts made by QR Passenger staff and management to provide rail services in lieu of the tilt train these past weeks.  Thank you!?
