Rail commuters are again facing delays on Brisbane's train network this morning, after the second technical fault in as many days.

Translink said two city-bound services faced delays of 15-20 minutes and commuters on other services are facing minor delays after a points failure between Albion and Bowen Hills at 6.10am today.

Queensland Rail crews are on the scene and are working to rectify the fault.

A train from Caboolture due at Central at 6.18am and a train from Shorncliffe due at Central at 6.25am were the services most affected by the fault.

Yesterday morning, an electrical fault at the Bowen Hills marshalling yards cancelled services and delayed commuters.
