Yes that's correct. I spoke with many passengers who had to get off at Windsor and no one received an announcement.

A lady mentioned to the train guy (mid train) and he shrugged his shoulders and said he just started his shift at Bowen Hills

QR social media team response.

Hi ***, our team have advised that announcements were made at Milton station. We understand that these alterations can be frustrating and do apologise. We recommend hopping on the 6.09pm service from Windsor to Bowen Hills and then boarding the 6.23pm Redcliffe train to Geebung. Thank you.

The so called TEAM was spinning them BS as there were 2 other seperate confirmations from passengers @ toowong that they didn't hear a darn thing.

Hi Translink interested to know how a train from Ipswich to Caboolture ended up on the Ferny Grove line last night? It was the 511pm from Toowong (that was running late). ALOT of confused passengers and I would hate to think how many with headphones in didn't realise until further down the track. Told the employee at Bowen Hills he was quite rude said 'No no you made a mistake dont make same mistake again' despite there being 20-30 people saying Yes it did happen and you can check my gocard history as proof. Did you change the train at CBD and forget to tell the people already on the train? Or switch the signals sending Ferny Grove to Caboolture and Caboolture to Ferny Grove? Would have been nice for an announcement! No announcement when we were delayed between stations either. Added an hour to my commute home. Would appreciate a response explaining what happened and a refund.

people who were affected want answers and to at least be treated with a little respect by QR staff.
