Hey QR, what's the deal with running services inbound on the Cleveland line express to Park road in the am? It's been happening heaps lately and is making me (a Buranda local) late for work! These trains are timetabled to stop all stations, and it's a bit rude to get to the station and then find out it's not stopping there. If you want to run more express services in the am, go for it, just update your timetable so we aren't stuck waiting on the platform (winter is coming after all).

He chooses to use the train possibly because his ultimate destination is better reached by rail.

However, this problem of the Manly starters being altered really needs to be sorted.  There is obviously some issues with the timetable and infrastructure.  They need to sort it.

Trying to cover it up I guess?

No response from either Queensland Rail or TransLink to my query.

I have a good source that confirmed that the service was altered at 7.42am to run express Morningside through to Park Road (again). This was independent from the pax at Coorparoo that reported the service alteration.

Really odd that:

1.  No service disruption issued.

2.  Ignore polite inquiries.

There were station announcements.

Just more communication incompetence I guess.  I doubt they would really deliberately try to cover it up as passengers will report the fact that service altered.  Just the usual internal comms cluster fuk I guess ...
