I was on that train. The train pulled up into Central just after the 10:53 Doomben. We stopped for ~2 minutes with the train part-way along Wooloowin Station (at 11:06) with the driver(?)(different voice to the guard announcements, and a lot clearer too ) saying it was due to "some traffic ahead of us" and again ½ way between Wooloowin/Eagle Junction from 11:09-11:12. There were a few people getting off @ Kallangur from what I saw (from the 2nd carriage)

I was on the train behind the failure and it failed at Dutton Park, I got stuck between Park Rd and Dutton Park for 15 mins. The stuffed train ended up terminating at Fairfield, thankfully my station so just saw the pax waiting.
