Was a truck carrying a large heavy metal Skip Bin. I came past just after it happened. All I saw was the Skip Bin sitting on the center lanes of Logan Rd under the rail bridge and a lot of construction workers from the nearby construction works looking at the Bin. Never saw the truck !.. A Train was sitting at Buranda Station at the end of the Bridge. Police arrived as I went past.
