    missed his bus and ultimately his appointment....its literally impossible nowadays to even attempt to plan any sort of journey on the QR network without wondering if its actually going to go to plan....

Have had feedback along the lines that people have had to change from their normal service in order to make sure they meet time deadlines.

Others have simply given up using the public transport or have modified their travel a lot.

Unreliable low frequency rail with hit and miss bus connections is proving too much for many.  I can well understand their frustration.
