Yeah, I wish I had known about this a bit earlier. My 8:30 Ipswich train that I take from Roma Street to Milton got diverted via South Brisbane to Corinda Station. Luckily I just managed to catch the 470 as it was going by Roma Street Station, otherwise I probably would have still been walking to work now.

^ not the first time ' track faults ' at Yeerongpilly.

I hope they can sort out these telemetry failures soon, particularly before the G20 as Yeerongpilly is going to be a key junction with the altered running ...

^ Does anybody know if they have restored the connection to Tennyson from platform 2 at Yeerongpilly?  Last time I looked (which was a number of months ago) it had been cut and the points led to a clean break in the track.  Possibly because a new diamond had to be installed because of coal traffic.

No connection to p2, as far as I am aware. Still able to access p1 in the Down direction from the Tennyson loop though.
All opinions stated are my own and do not reflect those held by my employer.

Its raining, what do we expect? Entire road, bus and train network grinding to a halt in 3, 2, 1...
Is it really that hard to run frequent, reliable public transport?

Am onboard the 8:59am Central to GC train.  Currently held at Salisbury station for the past 25mins due to Signal failure in the area.  Am considering foregoing the bus trip to GCUH to finally ride the trams depending on how long the delays are.

And we've been held at Salisbury for close to 40mins now.

Water over the tracks has required OHT to be de-energised through CBD.  Hopefully when water clear can be turned back on.

Also a direct lightning strike at Yeerongpilly has caused some issues ..
