Trains on the Cleveland line are suspended Wellington Point to Cleveland due to a train incident at Cleveland train station.

Buses are replacing trains in the area.

Buses are now using the stop at Cleveland train station.

Customers should expect delays of up to 30 minutes.

Late running trains through Bowen Hills

A number of trains are running between four and 12 minutes late due to the earlier mechanical fault at Bowen Hills:

    the 3.13pm Nambour to Ipswich train is currently eight minutes behind schedule
    the 3.52pm Caboolture to Richlands train is currently seven minutes behind schedule
    the 4.10pm Ferny Grove to Kuraby train is currently four minutes behind schedule
    the 4.10pm Shorncliffe to Cleveland train is currently four minutes behind schedule
    the 4.27pm Doomben to Beenleigh service is currently five minutes behind schedule
    the 4.28pm Airport to Varsity Lakes train is currently 10 minutes behind schedule
    the 4.30pm Ferny Grove to Beenleigh train is currently 10 minutes behind schedule
    the 4.43pm Bowen Hills to Richlands train is currently four minutes behind schedule
    the 4.46pm Bowen Hills to Ipswich train is currently seven minutes behind schedule
    the 4.51pm Bowen Hills to Cleveland train is currently 12 minutes behind schedule.

Ok thanks.  Can't work out why the Westlander is showing as normal service.  I guess it is possible the train set is at Toowoomba and maybe they are going to run it Toowoomba <-> Charleville, but seems unlikely.

The Westbound Westlander - Brisbane to Charleville
Tuesday 05 February

Due to ongoing effects of servere weather conditions caused by Ex Tropical Cyclone Oswald,  the Westbound Westlander that is scheduled to depart Brisbane (Roma St) at 7:15pm on Tuesday 05 February 2013 has been cancelled. At this time the Westlander Service will commence service again on Tuesday the 19 February 2013 which is subject to review.

No alternative arrangements will be available for this service.

Queensland Rail Travel apologises for any inconvenience to customers due to this service adjustment.

Buses to replace trains: Lindum - Murrarie

Buses have been called to replace trains on the Cleveland line between Murarrie to Lindum due to a level crossing incident at Lindum. They are not yet on-site.

Police have been called to the scene. Queensland Rail staff have also been called to repair the damage.

Customers should expect delays up to one hour and consider delaying travel or using alternative transport options, where possible.

Seems that there might have been a change in policy regards to notification of these sad circumstances.  People well understand now what is going on and why the delays/bus substitution is needed.

Luckily, it was near-fatality. The person managed to climb out from under the front of the train and sit on the edge of the platform, much to the amazement of the driver! Good to see QR/TL actually reporting 'person struck by train' now instead of 'police incident' though!
