Only a guess, but sounds like a corridor trespass?  There is a rail over bridge UP from Darra but not open to through traffic as I understand it.

Queensland Rail are looking into the issues I have raised with lack of information in Tweets.

It might be time to be a little more specific.

TRAINS in Brisbane were delayed this morning following a police incident between Wacol and Oxley in the west.

Trains travelling on the Ipswich, Rosewood and Richlands lines are "running at a reduced speed" between Wacol and Oxley stations according to a statement from Translink at 7.35am Friday morning.

Police said a person on these train lines was attempting self harm and "precautions are being taken".

Translink advised passengers their services may be delayed for up to 10 minutes.

There isn't a train that leaves Rosewood at 6.37 (it leaves Ipswich at 6.37pm)  it leaves Rosewood at 6.05pm.

So people heading into town will have to wait another hour ...  just great mate ...

I wonder how the boom arm got there?  Looks like someone hit it going in the other direction.

TAG along with Cavglass sent a bus each for Landsborough-Nambour rail replacement at short notice.

Occasionally companies which aren't contracted on rail replacement (such as West's National Coaches and TAG-Sunbus) may be called on rail replacement on short notice (eg police incident shutdowns, sudden track failures or wires down).

Would've thought only a 70 67* seater coach (from Cavglass-Glasshouse Country Coaches) may do for the Landsborough-Nambour run tonight, but I'm guessing there was the DDA requirements, hence a low floor being sent from Sunbus.

*Corrected after checking ATDB fleetlists.
