I think it is clear that Queensland Rail is struggling with the train fleet, QR and NGR.

3 car trains, regular ' train faults ',  NGRs slowly being DDA modified, and then to be fitted with ETCS.

We warned for years that train numbers were not adequate.  NGR order should have been the original 100 x 6 car intent (was 200 x 3 car at the beginning). 

We are fuked essentially ...  the fact that the Santa Express is giving the cold shoulder to the Sunny Coast just more evidence of the precarious nature of the fleet.
