I think it's time we just compiled each of these "congestion on the Cleveland Line" service alterations and put them into the one word document (with the date and time of each alteration/cancellation). All the planning and analysis has been done, so what's the hold up guys? The Coomera Connector went from nothing to close to construction starting within the blink of an eye, yet this planning has been gathering dust for over a decade(?).

It's a quite vague comment though. On the Northside of the river congestion is usually in relation to the flat junctions. For example the 8.15ish airport-varsity lakes service this morning also ran express eagle junction-Bowen hills despite being on time (running it express towards the delays allowed following trains to get clear signals and further towards the city before reaching restricted signals and then slowing the outbound services/junction crosses/single track on the doomben line). This was due to a small delay at Bowen Hills this morning on the subs which delayed services by about 5 minutes not long after 8.
