Hi Luke, the 7.28am Central to Shorncliffe train ran express from Bowen Hills to Eagle Junction due to congestion on the network. Unfortunately, there was a delay in relaying this information to affected customers. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused this morning.

WTF the 6.52am train from Wacol to Bowen Hills didn't stop at Wacol and the staff don't know why (literally said over the loud speaker they don't know why and asked for patience!!!!). We are all just left standing here. Please explain!!

Hi Bessie, I'm sorry to hear that. We had been notified the 6.27am Ipswich to Central train ran express from Bundamba to Darra stopping only at Redbank due to a door fault, however there was a delay relaying this information to customers. Apologies for the inconvenience

It seems to me that all the crew were really focused during week one and overall was not too bad.

Week two is starting to turn to sour sadly. 

I think Queensland Rail should give TransLink the flick.  Do their own reporting and let TransLink retweet QR instead of the present fiasco.  It might mean longer hours on the social media etc. but Sydney Trains and Metro Melbourne run their own show, time QR did I reckon.

Can't speak for Melbourne, Sydney Trains do pretty well IMO (certainly a step above TransLink) but I'm not sure QR have the ability.

I do understand your frustrations and I apologise for this. This train was cancelled from Windsor to Ferny Grove due to a signalling issue at Bowen Hills. Unfortunately we were not advised within an appropriate timeframe and weren't able to update patrons in a timely manner.-Jess

Thanks Qld rail, I get on a 12:49 Doomben train, then mid-service they change it to an airport train and send me out to the airport. The Qld rail employee at Roma St even confirmed this was a Doomben train, and specifically NOT an airport train. Well done Qld rail...
