Queensland Rail Hi Robert, apologies for the delay in coming back to you. We've looked into this and have confirmed this service ran a total nine minutes late and therefore did not meet the threshold of 10 minutes to be reported as a service disruption via TransLink.

Robert Dow Queensland Rail Thanks for the response. 👍 Unfortunately a lot of rail/bus connections have less than 9 minutes for a connection. So a train running 9 minutes late and not reported as late can mean problems for people hoping for a connection down the line. It might be time to review this time of 10 minutes. I appreciate that trains can make up time and what appear to greater then 10 minutes can make up time. Only a suggestion. I would suggest the time limits for reporting be the same as for the determination of on-time running. Robert
