This appears to be the last cab off the rank - no information about what happens from this Monday as Routes 880 and 881 will be the only remaining subsidised public urban bus service in Queensland not under TransLink branding.

Current timetable was updated in December 2022 to get rid of the previous barely comprehensible timetable layout -  see: https://www.publications.qld.gov.au/dataset/north-stradbroke-island-bus-services

I expect this may be connected to the recent takeover by Transit Systems.

Can we get some advice about what is happening maybe?

When I had communications about smart ticketing with this operator, they mentioned that they were included in the stage 2 contactless payment trial for buses.

Although, that was a while ago when they participated in the real time trial.

They will be included, the question is when.

Possibly the reason they aren't included in the TransLink "takeover" from this Monday is because Transit Systems took over at the start of December and there hasn't been time to do what was needed to facilitate everything.

Expect that is the case.  I have a meeting with TL re bus OTR soon, I will ask then.  :is-
