Queensland Rail Track Diagrams and Line Speeds

Does anyone know where diagrams of the QR network and track speed can be publicly accessed? I think it is important to know to identify the slow parts of the train network and see where improvements can be made.

For track / access diagrams there's this: https://www.queenslandrail.com.au/business/acccess/Documents/Queensland%20Rail%20Network%20Infrastructure%20Ownership%20Line%20Diagrams.pdf

But that just has distances, not speeds (or grades) and it's a bit out of date; it has Redcliffe as "under construction".
