Concept: Route 320 Toombul

A general re-conception of the current Route 320 Chermside service. St Paul's Tce has major office buildings on it and previously also had a tram service along it. King Street Bowen Hills has been a major recent redevelopment in this area and should generate good patronage.

Concept route length: 12 km, estimated time 25 minutes.

Suggestions:
- Final destination Toombul not Chermside (suburban end of the service removed to become a separate route) (not shown)
- Service extended to Cultural Centre for proper connections
- Stop spacing reviewed for rapid service
- Frequency boosted to BUZ or BUZ-lite levels - 15 minutes all day weekdays 7 am - 7 pm at minimum.
- Service needs to be routed carefully through Spring Hill to provide Spring Hill with reliable all-day bus service

Further advice and comments are sought on Spring Hill routing. The main intention is to provide a frequent all-day service through Spring Hill. There are a few options including (a) go via Countess St and access Roma St Busway then KGS, Cultural Centre; (b) use the Edward St and Wickham Street as one-way pairs, and then Adelaide Street, Cultural Centre; (c) use Wharf Street then Adelaide Street, then Cultural Centre.

Image shows Countess St - Roma St - KGS option. Other options for the Spring Hill area are available.
