Some useful updates for PT SEQ

13th December 2020

Good Morning,

Some updates:

1. The performance data for the Q1 (2020–21) period has now been released on the TransLink PT Performance Dashboard.

https://translink.com.au/about-translink/reports-and-publications/performance

We have updated our quarterly patronage series.  See http://railbotforum.org/mbs/index.php?topic=13735.msg242335#msg242335 for detailed information.

Overall patronage for Q1 20/21 was 56.9% of the average for the previous 4 years Q1 patronage.  Good recovery under the circumstances.

2. Queensland Rail Citytrain on-time running October data is now available.

Overall on-time running for Citytrain is still good, although we seeing early signs of a drop in standard for Caboolture, Cleveland and Sunshine Coast lines as patronage builds again.

More detailed information including an analysis of on-time running for individual lines see

3.  TransLink Monthly Performance Snapshot - October 2020

The data allows us to plot the weekly trips as recovery proceeds.

We also follow how the measures ' Frequency of Services ' ' Ease of transferring ' and ' Cost of Trip ' measures are rated each month.

See > http://railbotforum.org/mbs/index.php?topic=14095.0 for more detailed information.

We would also like to acknowledge the ongoing efforts by TransLink staff and all operators, and Government to maintain service levels throughout the year. In some cases we have seen some increases in services as well.  This is very much appreciated.  Thank you.

Best wishes,
Robert
