TransLink public transport performance data snapshot for January 2020

Good Morning,

TransLink public transport performance data snapshot for January 2020  now published.

The three measures of particular importance to us are ' Ease of Transferring ', ' Frequency of Services ' and ' Cost of the Trip '.

We have been tracking these measures since the introduction of the new format in July 2019.

For January the average overall score for all measures was 4.15.  As can be noted, frequency is poor for rail and bus.  Transfers on bus, rail and ferry could be better.  And cost of trip is scoring poorly for bus and very poorly for rail.  Each month the data is reported, with seemingly no action to address the poor scores.  What's the point?
