SEQ patronage for financial year 2018/19 - Queensland Rail Citytrain

Greetings,

We recently received the patronage data for SEQ for the last financial year. Previous years data was obtained by RTI but the data for 18/19 was made available without the need for a RTI. Thanks to the DDG TransLink Mr Matthew Longland and staff for making the data available directly. Much appreciated.

Analysis is ongoing but we have done our initial assessment of Queensland Rail Citytrain. We are still to look at the bus patronage data.

Last financial year was the first year since we started our patronage series (12/13) that all lines/sections have had a gain in patronage. This augers well for the future.

Individual line summaries (station by station) can be viewed here > https://railbotforum.org/mbs/index.php?board=91.0
Stellar performers for FY 18/19 have been the Gold Coast, Redcliffe Peninsula, Springfield and Doomben lines. All lines have shown good growth.

Best wishes,

Robert
