Cold Toast

Has anyone else ever heard the Gold Coast referred to in rhyming slang as "Cold Toast"? If so, is this particular railway/QR vernacular, or is it more widespread?

Nah I've heard it before. We were talking about it at work the other day. In particular, we were saying it would be amusing if someone was to change that god-awful streetlight art installation on the M1 to read "Cold Toast"... it would still be equally illegible so don't know if anyone would even notice
