Good Morning,

Yesterday afternoon (20th November 2020) there were a series of bus cancellations in the SEQ Bus Western region ( Ipswich / Springfield ).

A stream of cancellation disruption notices was issued from TransLink without any indication of what was really occurring.

' Operational issue ' is a meaningless term to describe the reason why a bus (or any public transport) service is cancelled.

Could the Minister for Transport please sort TransLink out to get some decent communication happening please?

It is time for some courtesy to passengers and let them know what is really go on.  Is this too much to ask?

Bus frequency out west is poor, cancellations just make it diabolical for the passengers left stranded.
