I think either Fiona Simpson or Steve Minnikin would be good shadow Ministers.

Everyone thought Rachel Nolan was bad... then along comes Emerson.
One of the worst, if not the worst Transport Minister in recent times.  Apart from claiming credit for something that was initially a 'red team' policy (15 minute services to Ferny Grove and then expanded to Cannon Hill), his legacy is 'segways'.

I have to agree with your suggested replacements, Bob.
