It's not much of a plan, sadly. More like a political puff piece that we've all gotten used to in the land of glossy reports and animations.
Makes sense really, would be dumb to reveal actual policies this far away from an election.

Basics:

1. 4 year fixed terms. Political uncertainty is ruining projects, such as CRR which in turn means problems for jobs and productivity.
2. Fix up the bus network - really don't need to go into the detail on how to do that, already laid out. Economy can't work properly if people cannot get to work on time.
3. Fix up the funding base - stamp duty needs to go and be replaced with a broadened Land Tax

Don't trust them for a second, and certainly most public sector workers will never trust them again!
