In the words of Darryl Kerrigan...this is going straight to the pool room!

Earlier this month, we were awarded Queensland's Customer Organisation of the Year at the annual Australian Service Excellence Awards.

In addition, our On Time Running Task Force took out Customer Service Team of the Year & our own Martin Ryan received Customer Service Executive of the Year for his work as Executive General Manager Customer Service.

We aim to be a leader in the customer service space and are very proud and honoured to have received this recognition.
